Welcome to ALOR.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ALOR website, online store, products, content, features and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Throughout these Terms, “ALOR”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ALOR and the entity operating the ALOR business.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

By accessing our Website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

1. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase through our Website.

If you purchase an ALOR product intended for use by a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent, legal guardian or another responsible adult authorized to make the purchase and determine its appropriate use.

You may not use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, quantities, specifications, pricing and other information displayed on our Website are accurate.

However:

• Product packaging may be updated from time to time;

• Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or display;

• Packaging shown online may differ slightly from the product received;

• Ingredient sourcing or non-material packaging details may change where legally permitted; and

• We may correct genuine typographical, technical or pricing errors.

The product label and packaging supplied with the product should always be reviewed before use.

If there is a material difference between the product ordered and the product supplied, your rights under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

3. Nutritional Supplement Disclaimer

ALOR products are nutritional and wellness products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise and permitted by applicable law, information provided through our Website is intended for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.

Our products and Website content are not intended to replace professional medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.

You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using a supplement if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding;

• Have an existing medical condition;

• Are taking prescription or other medication;

• Have known allergies or sensitivities;

• Are considering a supplement for a child; or

• Have concerns regarding whether a product is suitable for you.

Always follow the directions, warnings, recommended serving size and storage instructions provided on the product label.

Do not exceed the recommended serving unless instructed by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Individual responses to nutritional supplements vary. We do not guarantee any specific health, beauty, wellness or performance outcome from use of an ALOR product.

Nothing in this section excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in that order.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin processing or fulfilling the order, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable;

• There is an obvious pricing or product-description error;

• Payment cannot be authorized;

• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity;

• Purchase quantities appear inconsistent with normal personal use;

• Delivery cannot reasonably be made to the supplied address; or

• We are legally or regulatorily prohibited from completing the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method.

5. Accuracy of Order Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when placing an order, including:

• Name;

• Email address;

• Telephone number;

• Billing information; and

• Complete shipping address.

You should review your order carefully before submitting it.

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@getalor.com.

We will attempt to make the requested change where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.

6. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.

A price change will not affect an order already accepted by us unless correction is required because of an obvious pricing error and applicable law permits the correction.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase where required.

We may offer promotions, discount codes, bundles or other special pricing subject to additional terms communicated with the applicable promotion.

7. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for purchases made through our Website.

Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments or other authorized third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable amount to be charged.

We do not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card information.

Payment processing may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices of Shopify, banks and other payment service providers.

8. Discounts and Promotional Codes

Promotional codes:

• Must be used in accordance with their stated terms;

• May have expiry dates;

• May be limited to specified products or customers;

• May not be combined unless expressly permitted;

• Have no cash value; and

• May be withdrawn or amended where permitted by applicable law.

We may reject or cancel the use of a promotional code where we reasonably determine that it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or contrary to its published terms.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within the delivery estimates displayed on our Website or at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, weather events, public holidays or other operational disruptions.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reasonable information necessary to complete delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.

Our obligations concerning lost, damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered products are subject to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because ALOR products are ingestible supplements, opened, used or unsealed products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns due to health, hygiene and product-safety considerations.

This restriction does not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, materially different from its description or otherwise subject to a mandatory return or remedy under applicable law.

11. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

We may:

• Limit quantities available for purchase;

• Discontinue products;

• Change product specifications;

• Restrict sales by geographic region; or

• Temporarily suspend availability.

Where an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.

12. Product Use and Storage

You are responsible for using and storing ALOR products in accordance with:

• The product label;

• Stated storage conditions;

• Expiry or best-before information;

• Safety warnings; and

• Recommended directions for use.

Do not use a product if its safety seal appears damaged or compromised when first received.

Keep supplements out of reach of children unless the product is specifically intended for children and is being administered by a responsible adult in accordance with its directions.

13. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to:

• The ALOR name and trademarks;

• Logos;

• Product names;

• Packaging designs;

• Product photography;

• Graphics;

• Website design;

• Text and copy;

• Videos;

• Illustrations;

• Icons; and

• Other brand assets,

is owned by, licensed to or used with authorization by ALOR and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy;

• Reproduce;

• Republish;

• Modify;

• Distribute;

• Sell;

• License;

• Exploit;

• Scrape; or

• Create derivative commercial materials from

our content or intellectual property except where permitted by applicable law.

14. Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials, suggestions or other content to us, you represent that:

• You have the right to provide that content;

• The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience where applicable;

• It does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;

• It is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive or fraudulent; and

• It does not contain malicious software or harmful code.

Where permitted by law, you grant ALOR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and distribute content you voluntarily submit for purposes connected with operating, improving and promoting ALOR.

We may moderate or remove user content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We will not knowingly misrepresent customer reviews or testimonials.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Website may contain services, applications, integrations or links provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, social networks, advertising platforms and other service providers.

Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the operation, availability, content or independent practices of third-party websites or services, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

16. Shopify

Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Shopify provides the technology infrastructure that enables us to operate our e-commerce Website.

Your use of certain Shopify functionality may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Shopify is our technology provider and is not the seller of ALOR products to you.

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Website or Services:

• For unlawful or fraudulent activity;

• To violate applicable laws or regulations;

• To infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;

• To transmit malware, viruses or malicious code;

• To interfere with Website security or operation;

• To collect information about other users without authorization;

• To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;

• To conduct automated scraping or extraction contrary to applicable law or our rights;

• To attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts; or

• To use the Services in a manner that may damage ALOR, our customers or our service providers.

However, we do not guarantee that the Website will always operate continuously or without technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory warranty, guarantee, product-quality standard or other protection to which you are entitled under UAE consumer protection law or other applicable law.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory warranty or remedy, that law takes precedence over any inconsistent provision in these Terms.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALOR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising solely from use of the Website where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising from:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

• Wilful misconduct;

• Gross negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;

• Death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion;

• Defective products where mandatory liability applies; or

• Any mandatory consumer right or remedy.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify ALOR against reasonable losses, liabilities and costs resulting directly from your unlawful misuse of the Services or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not apply to losses caused by ALOR or where such indemnification would be prohibited by consumer protection law.

Our collection, use, processing and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you agree that transactional communications relating to your orders, payments, account, security or customer-service requests may be provided electronically, including by email or SMS where appropriate.

Marketing communications are subject to your marketing preferences and applicable law.

If mandatory applicable law conflicts with any provision of these Terms, the mandatory law will prevail.

28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights concerning jurisdiction or dispute resolution, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Services or purchases from ALOR will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights before a competent consumer-protection or regulatory authority where permitted by applicable law.

29. Consumer Protection

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict or exclude rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection legislation.

For customers in the United Arab Emirates, applicable legislation includes the UAE consumer-protection framework and legislation governing trade conducted through modern technology.

Where applicable law provides you with greater protection than these Terms, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
